Established in Addis Abeba on Oct. 30th in 1952, Jos. Hansen & Soehne (Ethiopia) Ltd. has dedicated its activities from the beginning to the trade of modern technical machines, technical equipment and technical installations for the Ethiopian infrastructure.

Throughout the decades the economic activities have shifted to high technical and electronica products for the sectors of Health, Research and Education, Geodesy and Industry.

A workshop is offering an extensive training on the highly complex instruments used in Geodetic labours, namely for Leica instruments.

Together with the Jos. Hansen Headquarter in Hamburg Germany and the wholly owned civil construction company JR International Bau, water treatment and sewage plants are being designed, constructed and installed until turn-key handing over of the construction.
